How do I schedule a school or group tour?

Chihuly Garden and Glass offers both guided and self-guided tours for adults and college age students, as well as programs tailored for youth and school group visits. Learn more about group tours, contact: cgggrouptours@chihulygardenandglass.com

Where can I find my free digital photo from my visit?

Using the 18-digit number printed on your tickets, visit the Photos page and enter the number to see your photos. If you can’t find your photo by searching with your code, fill out the missing photo form and we will help you find your souvenir photo.

May I take photographs in the Exhibition?

Still photography and video are allowed from a handheld device. Photography of objects in the exhibition is permitted for personal, non-distributional, non-commercial use. Flashes, tripods monopods or video cameras in the galleries are prohibited. No photographs or videotapes may be reproduced, published, distributed, sold, transferred, or otherwise commercially exploited.

Is there a place to check coats and bags?

All parcels, umbrellas and bags larger than 11″ × 15″ are not allowed in the Exhibition; please plan ahead by leaving large items at home, at your hotel, or in your vehicle. Bags more than 11″ × 15″ containing medical equipment or for nursing or baby care are permitted in the Exhibition.

What are the guidelines for proper behavior for my group during gallery activities?

To ensure that all Exhibition visitors enjoy their visit, we ask that you please:

  • Be considerate of fellow guests and staff and remain at least 12″ away from any artwork.
  • Listen to the directions of Gallery security and notify security in the event of an emergency.
  • Be aware of other guests in the space and allow space for people to get by (at least 36″). Be sure to leave food and drinks, including water bottles, at the door, these items are prohibited in the Galleries.

Are there food options near the Exhibition?

Yes, The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass features craft cocktails alongside delicious bites and plates in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. No reservations required. See menu and hours.

I have a gift card. How can I book?

Gift cards can only be redeemed in person at the Admissions Desk or The Bookstore. If you have any additional questions, please contact (206) 905-2100.

How do I check my gift card balance?

You can use this tool to check your balance. Please enter your 19-digit gift card number. The second row of four digits will be used as your PIN.
